How does this sensor tap help to reduce water and energy bills?
The Conti+ range is ideal for commercial washroom environments looking to reduce energy and water bills, as well as meeting sustainability targets. The range flows at only 5lpm at 3 bar, and 3lpm at 1 bar, it is also touch-free and electronically controlled meaning water only flows when it’s needed, dramatically reducing heated water use and in turn carbon footprint. The Conti+ range can be centrally controlled by the Conti+ Service App making maintenance smart and simple.

A 3 litres per minute flow rate will support achievement of the WAT01 BREEAM certification and will contribute towards an ‘excellent’ building rating under the scheme.

How does this sensor help to reduce carbon footprint?
Using less water helps to save energy, because energy is needed to filter, heat and pump water to your home, so reducing your consumption also reduces your carbon footprint. Using less water also keeps more in our ecosystems, which helps to maintain biodiversity within wetlands.
