An E14 LED bulb has an Edison screw fitting, a common fitting across the UK. Commonly mistaken for an E27, although both have a screw base, an E14 is used for smaller fittings such as desk lamps, bedside table lamps and wall lights. Although an E14 bulb always has the same screw base, it can differ in shape from candle to golf ball.
E14 refers to the Edison screw fitting and its size – 14mm in diameter. In comparison, the E27 is 27mm in diameter.
Brightness is measured in lumens and our E14 LED bulbs range from 136 lumens to 730 lumens. Similarly, our range includes three different colour temperatures – warm light, cool white and daylight. The lower the Kelvin rating the warmer the glow and the higher the Kelvin rating, the whiter the light.
