How do hansgrohe water-saving showers work?

hansgrohe EcoSmart showers work by restricting and aerating the flow of water, EcoSmart technology mixes air into water producing a powerful flow and pressure, so you can enjoy the same (if not better) shower experience!

How much water can you save?

Hansgrohe eco showers can reduce water consumption by up to 60%. Conventional showers can often run at 15-20 litres per minute, sometimes even more, whereas hansgrohe EcoSmart shower heads use only 6 or 9 litres per minute. EcoSmart showers adapt to different water pressure; if the pressure is high the water opening will become smaller and expand at lower pressure.

Using less water also means using less energy to heat the water, lowering your bills even further.
