SaveMoneyCutCarbon has been chosen as Consultancy of the Year in the 2025 edie Awards.
The award was presented at the Intercontinental, London, the O2, hosted by wildlife and natural history presenter Liz Bonnin on Thursday night (13th March).
The edie Awards recognise and reward the people, projects and partnerships that are transforming business, for good. Now in their 18th year, the Awards underwent a major revamp for 2025, with a new panel of expert judges, a new category structure and a new large-scale venue for the London ceremony.
The judges recognised SaveMoneyCutCarbon’s unique approach that has attracted many well-known organisations, most recently the Salvation Army, which has trusted the company with supporting the delivery of a large multi-site programme of Energy and Carbon Retrofit measures across multiple operational properties.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon has also worked in the NHS with the world-renowned Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, with global hospitality brands like Radisson, with primary and secondary schools across the UK and a host of other successful companies.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon’s new Impact Partner programme enables major organisations, such as Business Banks, to leverage the SaveMoneyCutCarbon platform and services. It provides comprehensive support, from initial advice and consultancy to project delivery, helping their business clients advance their Net Zero agendas.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon CEO Mark Sait said:
“The edie Awards judges look for consultancies ‘that are pushing boundaries and going above and beyond normal practice to deliver tangible results’. We’re delighted to have been recognised for that and this award is a tribute to the whole team at SaveMoneyCutCarbon.
“Going above and beyond is what we do and we agree with the judges that consultancy and advisory firms have a critical role to play in accelerating climate action across both the private and public sectors.
“Sustainability should be for everyone, but from the client’s perspective it’s complicated and fragmented. A pure traditional consultancy approach doesn’t always translate into physical interventions that reduce energy, water and carbon emissions. We have a new approach, bringing together an accessible consultancy business, but connected to six technical delivery hubs.”
This combination has seen SaveMoneyCutCarbon deliver over 1,000 energy, water and carbon projects – a “one stop shop” from consultancy through to delivery of multi-million projects. This is Sustainability as a Service – around 50 proven manufacturers, 50 experienced in-house experts, with content and tools accessed through a single tech-enabled platform.
